About Me

My name is Erin Campbell, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment and without pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I work alongside my clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping them stuck, while also helping them recognize the strengths and resilience they already possess.

While gaining insight and self-awareness is an important part of therapy, I also believe in giving clients tangible tools they can use outside of our sessions. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change while developing practical strategies that help you feel more confident navigating your everyday life and relationships.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also provide couples therapy and parenting support.

When I’m not practicing therapy, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, two children, and our two dogs.

My Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

Every person comes to therapy with different experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, and goals. Because of this, I believe therapy should be individualized to meet you where you are and address what you need most.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to the challenges you're facing, while also identifying the strengths and resources you already have to create meaningful change.

My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment. I want to help you develop greater self-awareness, healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and practical skills you can continue using long after therapy ends.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a space to better understand yourself, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. Sessions are 50 minutes and are tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed

  • Depression

  • Low self-esteem and self-confidence

  • Relationship and family difficulties

  • Life transitions and coping with change

  • Emotional regulation

  • Communication and boundaries

  • Identity and personal growth

  • Feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next

Couples Therapy

Every relationship experiences challenges. Sometimes couples find themselves having the same argument repeatedly without ever feeling like anything gets resolved. Other times, the conflict isn’t loud at all—partners simply begin feeling distant, misunderstood, or disconnected.

Couples therapy can help you better understand the patterns within your relationship, strengthen communication, navigate conflict more effectively, and create greater connection and understanding.

I work with couples experiencing:

  • Communication difficulties

  • Recurring arguments or unresolved conflict

  • Emotional disconnection

  • Difficulty expressing needs

  • Boundary concerns

  • Differences in expectations

  • Trust and relationship challenges

  • Major life transitions

  • Balancing individual needs within the relationship

  • Premarital concerns and important conversations about the future

Parenting Support

Parenting can feel especially challenging when you’re worried about your child, experiencing frequent conflict, or unsure when to set a boundary and when to allow more independence. My experience working with adolescents and families allows me to help parents better understand what may be happening beneath their child’s behavior while also focusing on the parts of the relationship they can influence.

Parenting support may focus on:

  • Communicating more effectively with your child or teenager

  • Understanding adolescent behavior and emotional development

  • Setting healthy and consistent boundaries

  • Responding to challenging behaviors

  • Reducing parent-child conflict

  • Supporting a child experiencing anxiety or depression

  • Validating emotions without enabling unhealthy behaviors

  • Balancing independence with appropriate limits

  • Managing your own emotions during difficult interactions

  • Creating realistic expectations and consequences

  • Strengthening connection within the family

Services
Payment/Insurance

Payment and Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of service.

For clients who would like to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits, I provide a superbill at the end of each month that you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Because coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan.
